Information You Provide

When you submit a form on this site (an enquiry, a beta access request, a consultation request, a partner application, a support ticket, or a job application), we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, organization, and message. Job applications also include the CV and recorded response you upload.

We use this information solely to respond to your request and to manage the resulting relationship. With enquiries we also record the IP address the request came from, to protect the form against abuse.

Journey Information Attached to Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we attach a short record of how you reached the form in that browser tab: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and up to twelve pages you viewed. This allows our team to respond with the context of your evaluation. It does not include the contents of any form other than the one you submitted.

First-Party Site Analytics

To understand how visitors move through the site, our own analytics records the pages viewed and the links clicked. Each browser tab is given a random identifier held in session storage, which is deleted when the tab closes. We do not use cookies for this, we do not store IP addresses or browser details with these records, and we never record the query string of a page address. These records are deleted after 180 days.

Google Analytics

This site also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends information about your visit to Google. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics is not loaded on the signed-in investor and enterprise portals.

Live Chat

The live chat on this site is provided by 1Chat, our customer communications product. Messages you send through it, and any details you share in the conversation, are stored in 1Chat so that our team can respond.

Your Choices

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, neither our first-party analytics nor Google Analytics is loaded. You may also block cookies in your browser settings.

To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or its correction or deletion, email info@silicatelabs.site. We will respond within 30 days.

Email

After you submit a form, we send a single confirmation to the address you provided. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we never sell or share your details.

Hosting and Security

This website and its API are hosted with a hosting provider in the United States. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to submitted information is restricted to authorized members of our team.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and the date below will reflect the most recent revision.
