How we monitor

What do the colors mean?

A service is operational when it responds in under three seconds. It is degraded when it responds slowly or asks for requests to be slowed. It is in an outage when it returns an error, does not respond within ten seconds, or cannot be reached securely. Each bar represents one day, colored by the worst result recorded that day.

How often are services checked?

Every five minutes, by our monitoring system. Our team is alerted by email the moment a service changes state, so we are aware of a problem as soon as this page shows it.

Why are some products not listed here?

Products deployed and operated for each customer individually have no shared public service to check. Their health checks run inside each deployment, and results are reported to that customer directly.

Why is the history short?

Checks every five minutes started on 30 September 2026. Days without checks show as grey, because no data exists for them, and we do not fill the gap with estimates. The percentage under each service is the share of checks that passed over the days shown.

A service is failing but this page shows it as operational
