Safeguards Every Integration Depends On
Signed Webhooks
1Chat and PPay sign every webhook, so your endpoint can reject any request that did not originate from Silicate Labs.
Idempotent Requests
PPay supports idempotency keys, so a request retried after a timeout never creates a duplicate payment.
Deterministic Sandbox
The PPay sandbox is deterministic and never processes real card data, so every test produces consistent results.
Published Service Status
Every public service is checked every five minutes, and the results are published on our status page.
Responsible Disclosure
Report security vulnerabilities to security@silicatelabs.site, and allow a reasonable period for remediation before public disclosure.
