Frequently asked questions

Is FRIS production-ready today?
FRIS is a real, working platform, not a mockup, but it's a pre-seed build. There's no RBAC or multi-tenant data isolation yet; accounts exist for billing attribution. We're upfront about this with every early-access conversation.
Why isn't there published pricing yet?
We'd rather set usage-based rates with real design partners than publish numbers before we know what a typical deployment actually costs to run.
Can I control which LLM my data goes through?
Yes. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Azure API key, or use our hosted default, either way, credentials are encrypted at rest.
What does "design partner" mean?
Early access in exchange for direct input into the roadmap and pricing model, before FRIS has a public self-serve plan.
